Peter Remfrey
Executive Director

With an overall mission to inspire 1,000 Indigenous employees to break generational welfare dependency by 2030, Peter is driven by his purpose to empower people to achieve.


Peter is a proud Tiwi Man of non-Indigenous descent from Wurrumiyanga on Bathurst Island in the Northern Territory. Having close ties with his spiritual Tiwi family; Puruntatameri, who’s Yiminga (skin group) is Takaringuwi (mullet).

With the ability to speak fluent Tiwi up until the age of about 10, Peter is very passionate about keeping culture strong through socioeconomic change, employment, and most of all; working on country!

Possessing over 20 years’ experience in specific senior management roles across both Non-Government Organisations (NGO) and private Industry; Peter’s primary focus is not only employment but extensive workforce development including, but not limited to cultural preservation programs and socioeconomic growth.


Being directly involved in most of the Northern Territory and Queensland's major projects and programs including the Strategic Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Program (SIHIP), Peter has played a critical role in the development, project management and implementation of the respective Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment and workforce development policies and strategies.


Haley Mahony
Regional Manager 
Northern Territory

Haley comes from a background in Human Resources, with particular focus on recruitment as well as training & development. Her experience working in human resources spans recruitment services, Job Services Australia, Local Government and Private Sector. Haley also holds a Diploma in Business – Human Resources.

At IE Project Haley is the Regional Manager and has responsibility for the business right across the NT. Haley is equally committed to sourcing her clients the best employees available, as she is to helping people gain meaningful and ongoing employment. Haley loves getting on the road to visit worksites, to check in with employees and see the progress of their projects and training.


Jasmin Morris
Payroll & Accounts

Jasmin has worked with IE Project since early 2016 and has an extensive administrative based background, with a keen interest and focus on payroll and employee relations. She has a Certificate III in Business and experience with small business management.


Jasmin has worked in Finance and Payroll based roles for many years, both in the Australian Government and Private Sectors.


As a long standing employee Jasmin is an all- rounder at IE Project and assists in all aspects of the business including recruitment, labour hire and client engagement.


Jasmin’s an Indigenous Australian whose family originate from West Arnhem Land.

Jamie-Lee Bradley
Administration Officer


Jamie-Lee joined the IE Project team in 2021. She is an Indigenous born and bred Malak Malak woman.


Jamie-Lee has worked for more than 8 years in Administration and Human Resources; in Construction, the Department of Education and not-for-profit organisations throughout the Northern Territory. She has a considerable amount of knowledge regarding administrative and office procedures, payroll and confidentiality.


She has completed Certificate III in Business, and is currently studying Certificate IV Human Resources


Wendy Moulds

Wendy has worked in Government, Private and Not for Profit sectors and has a strong background in training and employment. She’s experienced in business management, marketing, human resource and project management. Wendy is particularly interested in helping to close the gap for Indigenous Australians through benefits gained from employment. Wendy holds qualifications in Business Governance, Human Resources and Project Management.

A creative thinker with a focus on results, Wendy has motivated and managed a range of projects bringing together expertise through her extensive networks. With a natural ability to develop business and concepts through a structured approach she has successfully delivered outcomes within timeframes beyond expectations. Her enthusiasm in the field of Indigenous workforce development underpins the results achieved.
