IE Project was established in 2012 and has evolved and adapted to provide opportunity in the best ways possible in an ever changing labour market. We are a privately run Indigenous business who are not connected to the Centrelink system or funded by the Federal Government. At IE Project we create and deliver employment and recruitment solutions and specialise in labour hire and recruitment of Indigenous employees. We believe that increasing Indigenous participation in our economy is crucial to closing The Gap on Indigenous disadvantage. Through the training, mentoring, support and employment that we facilitate we help to give individuals and their families increased financial security, develop a sense of pride and create role models for entire communities.

The Northern Territory Government have supported our business with training funds over the years to enable us to assist our candidates to gain and progress in their employment.
